      • Supply sand and cement
      • Supply flexible pointing (closest match)
      • Supply roof tiles to suit
      • Supply ridge
      • Replace all visibly broken tiles
      • Re-bed ridge caps where ridge blown off
      • Re-point ridge caps where ridge blown off
      • Replace lead with ridge and repoint
      • Clean up and remove all rubbish from the site
