      ROOF REPAIR AND BOX GUTTER REPLACEMENT

      Scope of Work

      • Supply upsized box gutter approximately 8 meters
      • Supply rainhead to suit the new box gutter
      • Supply zinc apron flashing to suit x2
      • Supply all sealants and fixings
      • Supply roof screws
      • Remove capping and roof sheets to access the box gutter
      • Remove rainhead and dispose
      • Clean and dry area
      • Cut back timbers to widen for new box gutter
      • Install new box gutter
      • Install new rianhead and seal to box gutter
      • Reinstall cappings and roof sheets
      • Ensure watertight
      • Remove the polycarbonate roof for access
      • Remove existing undersized flashing x2
      • Install new flashings for the leaking area
      • Seal and fix in position
      • Re-installation of roof sheet
      • Pack up tools and clean up and remove all rubbish from the site
      • Lodge a compliance certificate with the Victoria Building Authority
