What we fix
I’m Victor from Holy Mess Repairs. Most of our general repair work starts with water: a leak that’s been running for years and rotted the framing, or a structure that was never properly connected to the house. So we look at why something failed before we price the fix.
Pergolas and outdoor structures
Pergolas joined to the house are a common leak point. We prepare the structural connection, and fix the box gutter, Colorbond and flashings where the pergola meets the roof. We also clear collapsed structures safely.
Eaves, fascias and downpipes
Rotted eaves lining and fascias usually mean gutters that have been overflowing for a long time. We replace the eaves lining together with the gutters and downpipes so the cause goes too.
Gables, masonry and storm damage
Gable-end mortar and timber damaged by falling branches or storms, re-bedded and replaced. We document the damage for your insurer.
Ceiling insulation
Removing old, degraded or contaminated batts, vacuuming the roof cavity and installing new batts, working from inside the roof.
